The Yelapa Cottage is a warm equatorial style build, with a brick and wood trimmed fence surrounding a raised terra cotta tiled patio with embedded planters (we include optional and removable plants). Hand-painted tiled steps and stairs accent a unique custom layout based around a blue-tiled swimming pool, animated for singles and couples in your choice of maturities. The main building features an upper loft and semi-private back room, connected to the side building with a covered awning tiled bridge walkway and waterfall spilling into the pool underneath. The side building is perfect for privacy, and includes a tiled covered entry balcony. Exterior lights, locking doors, privacy windows, and our *home control system round out the features. Footprint is 32 meters by 24 meters, and Land Impact is 129. Only at Uber’s March round!
