The Azzurra Modern Farmhouse is a classic modern farmhouse with flagstone-lined patios leading to a matching flagstone entryway. Inside and downstairs, explore the oversized flagstone fireplace and removable prop custom kitchen, with back patio exit, or decorate the opposite wing with the removable optional wall divider. The main stairwell is set against a brick accent wall with built-in alcove opposite, artfully concealing the main back patio exit. Upstairs, we include 6 private rooms – including one with its own fireplace! The loft-style cutout balcony keeps things airy and light. Out back, choose from an open patio for your own decor, or go all-out with the pool patio option – a custom tiled 270 degree waterfall infinity pool, that is! Animated for singles and couples, in your choice of maturities. After your dip, warm up in the outdoor fireplace alcove, lined with matching flagstone and accented with slatted awning! Finally, we include a dark siding exterior and a light version, made for custom tinting. Grab the matching Snow Add-On and this will be a year-round compound you’ll be proud to call home!
