The Zujin Modern Estate is a dark themed concrete and wood modern home with two versions included: go discrete with the standalone build at a 44.2 meters by 27 meters footprint – it includes the main house with 8 semi-private rooms, 2 fireplaces, and a wraparound elevated concrete patio. Use the self-installer version to add on a massive hardscaped front and back entry arched area with planters (we include removable plants), a prop non-animated kitchen, and an ornate back arch with fireplace and waterfall feature that empties into the tiled pool and sunken seating area! The full self-installer version is 282 Land Impact (125 for just the main build) and the footprint is 45 meters by 56 meters. Now at our Mainstore location and on the Marketplace!
