The Titania Modular Estate is a modern wood prefab building kit that features floor to ceiling windows, raised building bases on rugged stone, and a wide variety of mix and match pieces to help you create your perfect modern estate. Start with the two included Example Builds and use the included separate pieces – large and small bases, two balcony sizes, stairs, entry and connecting bridges, single and double doorframes, a stone fireplace, prop non-animated kitchen, and partition wall! The windows and doorframes are designed to easily swap in and out to create entries and exits. Made with minimal shadow baking, so removing windows and walls won’t leave shadows behind! Link your creation together and let the *home control center manage your windows, lights, and doors! Great for art galleries and stores too!
