The wood-lined atrium leads to an oversized open floor plan main room with end dock, while the glass railing lined staircase brings you to an upper loft with its own deck and an oversized waterfall swimming pool, animated for singles and couples in your choice of maturities! Footprint is 18 meters by 44 meters, and the Land Impact is 81. We also include matching raised and lit walkways in 4, 8, and 16 meter lengths for creating your own pathway out to your new home on the shallow shore – only at Uber’s June round!
