The Larkin Country Cottages are traditional rustic cottages with 4 exterior paint colors included – red, blue, green, and brown. The elevated wraparound deck with front and back stairs leads you to a private covered porch, and into the main room – we include an optional prop non-animated kitchenette and an optional working woodstove! Two private rooms off the main room give you lots of decorating options. Exterior lights, locking doors, privacy windows, and our *home control system round out the features. Land Impact is 71 for the prefab, 23 LI for the kitchenette, and 7 LI for the woodstove. Footprint is approximately 27.1 meters by 24.4 meters. Only at FaMESHed’s July round!
