The Kjersti Beach Cottage is a worn wood single ranch-style cottage with elevated private entry that leads into an open floor plan living and kitchen area, anchored by a brick double-sided fireplace. We include three private rooms in the far wing. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, the back deck is elevated and leads to a lower ground area lined with built-in driftwood planters and rope railings for a nautical feel. The lower ground area is scripted with 9 different ground options – tiled, beach sand, snow, grass, autumn leaves, and more! We even throw in a fire pit for good measure! The matching Kjersti Couch & Chair Set is an adorably coastal patio furniture set which includes 3 different wicker styles/colors, 5 different seating fabrics, 5 different pillow options, 2 different table top tile options, and a non-parachute couch model as well. Animated for singles and couples in your choice of maturities! Top it all off with the optional Snow Add-On to weather any storm in style – only at Uber’s January round!
