The Khady Modern Cottage is an elevated single-story modern whitewashed concrete and wood prefab, with a tri-level concrete entry deck that leads to sliding glass doors and a wraparound horseshoe living layout. Inside, concrete tile floors and floor-to-ceiling windows embrace 3 semi-private rooms and 2 private (with doors) rooms with lots of decorating areas. The central courtyard is hardwood and features its own entrance from the entry deck for easy egress. Exterior lights, privacy windows, and auto-open scanning door option included with our *home control system. Land Impact is 54 and footprint is 33.5 meters by 35 meters.
