The Jeta Modern Lodge is based on a patterned concrete tile base with elevated patio that leads to a tiled pool with fireplace feature (animated for singles and couples, available in your choice of maturities). Enter the first level – we include a built-in prop non-animated kitchen and partition wall, both removeable. The slatted-wall staircase feature brings you to the next two floors and floats outside the main structure to maximize living space. The second floor is an oversized living space, anchored with an extra-long fireplace feature and teak accent wall. There’s another removeable/moveable concrete wall partition here too! Finally, the third floor features two private rooms (or remove the partition wall to make one large room). The second and third floors both feature outdoor teak patio decks as well! Footprint is 30.6 meters by 28.3 meters and LI is 126. Only at Uber’s October round!
