The Caerhays Rustic Cottage is a natural stonework building with modern wood siding addition accents – we include dark and tintable white finishes. The front slate steps and stonework base lead to a covered entry porch, and from there into the cozy main room. Choose to leave the removable wall and door to create a private room in the back, or take it out and enjoy a single room cottage layout. Inside, a stone and woodwork fireplace keeps things cozy, and the back door leads to a generous worn wood patio with exit stairs to the ground. Land Impact is 72, and footprint is 15.5 meters by 23.1 meters.
