The Alejandra Cottage is a Spanish-inspired prefab, with whitewashed worn concrete walls and two elevated entry patios that lead to the main interior room and the side private room (we include 2, with a removable divider wall to easily create 1 larger private room if you wish). The entry is flanked by built-in planters – we include plants, and an empty model if you’d rather add your own – and features slatted awning, open seating areas, and a custom adobe-style tiled fireplace in the patio corner! Grab the Snow Add-On for full season enjoyment in any climate. Land Impact is 62 or 90 with plants, and footprint is 24.1 meters by 23.4 meters. Only at Uber January!
