The Acadia Beach Cottage is a classic whitewashed shingle beach cottage with covered entry porch that leads to a kitchen and living area anchored with a natural stone chimney fireplace and working fire. We include a removable prop non-animated retro kitchen too! The back deck is expansive and includes a completely closed railing model and a model with entry stairs. 2 private rooms, including one with glass framed double door entry, round out the features. Exterior shingles and decorative window shutters are easily tintable for custom colorways! Land Impact is 113 or 115 for the entry stair deck model, and footprint is 25.1 meters by 20 meters. Snow add-on available separately.
