The Nomi Coastline Cabin is a single room renovated lighthouse – we’ve removed the light at the top of the shingle-clad tower and put in a stunning metal spiral staircase and an observation deck! Inside, the whitewashed wood walls and rustic windows showcase the view from all directions. We include three models: a no deck version for smaller parcels, a Main Deck model with wraparound worn wood deck and railings and three staircases, and an All Decks model with the Main Deck plus two lower deck extensions, perfect for shoreline/water placement! We’ve made sure that the whitewashed siding, windows, and trim are all tintable so you can create the color scheme of your dreams – pastel, bold and bright, you decide! We even include a removable standalone wall-mount woodstove for chilly nights! Pick up the matching Snow Add-On and you’ll never need to leave the beach!
Land Impact is 140 for the All Decks, 120 for the Main Deck, and 104 for the Cabin only models, and footprint is 32.9 meters by 27.3 meters for the Full and 15.1 meters by 16.5 meters for the Cabin only model. Only at FaMESHed July!
