The Hensley Modern Cottage is a stone and steel modern structure with elevated poured concrete entry steps – the double doors lead into the open layout living room, while the front door ushers you into a cathedrial ceiling height marble tiled atrium. Buffed marble tile floors and a sleek modern fireplace give way to the built-in dark oak L shaped kitchen with tiled backsplash – with working sink and animated in your choice of maturities for singles and couples! We include a model without kitchen as well, if you prefer to use your own. Head up the stairs to the 4 private rooms, including oversized master bedroom with fireplace and patio doored upper deck level – lots of room for everyone!
